2006 Asian Senior Master - Phuket staged at the Phuket Country Club last April 2006 was an invitational event organised and managed by the Thai Seniors PGA and Sanctioned and Endorsed by the Thai Seniors PGA the Asian Seniors Tour and the Asian Champions Circuit.

The ASM Pro-Ams were staged on Sunday the 23rd April in 4 ball flights and each flight had a Senior PGA Pro as captain and included three amateur golfers. The 2006 ASM Phuket - Professional Tournament was held from Tuesday 25th, through Thursday 27th April incorporating a two day cut.

At the planned 2007 Asian Senior Master - Phuket to again be staged at the Phuket Country Club is expected to incorporate 4 ASM Pro-Ams to be staged over 3 days - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday prior to the ASM Professional tournament, to be conducted from 32 flight shotgun starts.

The ASM Amateur Pro-Am Qualifier will be staged on Monday at 1.00pm and conducted from a 32 flight shotgun start, the event is played OFF THE STICK and the top 3 best gross scores from the Mens. Ladies, Junior and Mens Senior divisions the 12 "best gross score" secure places in ASM Pro-Ams.

ASM Open Pro-Am Qualifier entry fees including buggy & caddy & F& B are;
- SGD$ 195 individual entry
- SGD$ 350 per 2 person team
- SGD$ 700 per 4 ball flight - corporate team

The Asian Senior Masters Pro-Ams and both the ASM Amateur Pro-Am Qualifier events are open to male and female participants who must be at least 12 years of age and posses valid golf handicaps

All participants in ASM Pro-Ams and the ASM Amateur Pro-Am Qualifier are invited to attend the ASM Welcome Cocktail Reception to be held on Tuesday commencing at 7.30pm during which the ASM Amateur Pro-Am Qualifier event's prize giving will be held.

Once again Asia's leading amateur golfers will be able to participate in the ASM Pro-Ams, with the top 9 best gross scoring participants from each days Pro-Am securing places in the 2007 ASM - Phuket Amateur Semi Finals staged on the Friday and Saturday in conjunction with the first 2 days of the 2007 ASM - Phuket Professional Tournament

The2007 ASM - Phuket Amateur Semi Finals are to be played in a 4 ball format 3 Senior Professional & 1 Amateur golfer, from a two Tee start and will feature 35 four ball flights on the ASM tournament golf course, allowing the best gross scoring amateur golfers to compete head to head with participating Senior PGA Professional golfers under tournament conditions.

The top 3 best gross scoring participants from each of the ASM Amateur Semi Finals will contest the 2007 ASM - Phuket Amateur Finals on Sunday T-ing Off prior to the final day of the ASM Pro Tournament.

Any and all ties in either or both the 2007 ASM - Phuket Amateur Finals and the 2007 ASM - Phuket ASM Professional Tournament will be determined by a sudden death play off.
