are pleased to announce that following the successful staging
of the inaugural 2006 ASM @ Phuket at the Phuket
Country Club the second edition of the ASM
@ Phuket will be staged from 22 - 24 April 08
AST congratulates the Thai Seniors PGA and
their Sponsors and is pleased to see the second edition of
the ASM @ Phuket being staged and looks forward to
the ASM @ Phuket becomming an annual feature on the
AST's calendar.
2008 ASM @ Phuket Charity Pro-Am will be staged on
Sun 20 April 2008
Whilst applauding the efforts of the Thai Seniors PGA
the AST also wish to encourage and enlist the support of other
Corporations to give serious consideration to sponsoring senior
events else where in Thailand.

ASM @ Malaysia -
The inaugural
ASM @ Malaysia was staged in November 2005 and has
since become an annual event on the AST's calander.
The 2008 ASM @
Malaysia will once again be staged in Kuala Lumpur
from the 12 - 19 October 2008.
The ASM tournament will be preceded by 7 ASM Pro-Ams
to be staged over 4 days on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and
Thursday.

The ASM event format allowed many of Malaysia's,
Singapore’s and the Asian region’s leading amateur
golfers to compete in the ASM Amateur Finals, playing alongside
senior professional golfers competing in the first 2 days
of the Professional ASM tournaments.
Winners of the Pro-Ams secure places in the Amateur Semi-Finals
to be staged on the Friday & Saturday and the top 3 from
each Semi-Final will contest the ASM Amateur Finals to be
staged on the Sunday T-ing Off prior to the ASM Professional
finals.
